• Simple Assembly & Operation - Once assembled (refer to installation guide in manual for more information), attach clamp to table edge, insert materials into hopper, rotate handle, and begin grinding. Prior to initial use, suggest grinding grains multiple times to clear metal and paint residue from new grinder.
• Coarseness Adjustable - Simply control the coarseness by tightening or loosening the Adjusting Screw. Loosen the wingnut first, then turn the screw clockwise for finer grinding results. [NOTE] The manual grain grinder CAN’T mill grain for flour, only makes Crushed Grain. Please choose Electric Grain Mill Grinder to make bread flour.
• Cast Iron & Maintenance - This heavy-duty hand-crank grinder is made of Cast Iron with Electroplated Tin Surface, so it cannot be washed with water directly! Or it maybe get rust. Please kindly wipe it with a damp cloth or use a brush for Cleaning. Thoroughly dry the parts to avoid rust. Applying some vegetable oil on the surface would be better!
